TERMS OF SERVICE:

1. Services Provided:

We offer standard residential cleaning services. Please note: We do not wash dishes, fold laundry, do laundry, organize cabinets, or deep clean ovens unless these services have been added to your service package.

2.Additional Services:

Any additional services outside of standard cleaning, such as dishwashing, laundry, cabinet organization, or deep cleaning of ovens, must be requested and confirmed at the time of booking. These services are not included in standard cleaning and will incur additional charges.

3. Payment Terms:

Cleaning with Love Services by JS only accepts payments in cash, Zelle, CashApp, and Square. We do not accept checks of any kind.

All services must be paid for in advance of the scheduled cleaning.

4. No Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, you have 24 hours from the time of service to contact us for a redo of the areas of concern.

5. Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, 24 hours' notice is required. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice will result in a $50 deduction from your payment.

6. Liability Disclaimer:

Cleaning with Love Services by JS is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or the malfunction of appliances, fixtures, or surfaces within your home. We take all necessary precautions to ensure quality service but are not liable for damages beyond our control.

7. Client Responsibilities:

Clients must ensure that the areas to be cleaned are accessible and free from hazards. If we are unable to complete the service due to inaccessible areas, additional fees may apply.
